Service Scope

Hannouf Gourmet offers gourmet food services, including dine-in, take-away, and delivery options. All menu items, prices, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.

Orders and Payments

• Orders can be placed through WhatsApp, our website, or in person.

• Accepted payment methods include cash and credit/debit cards.

• Full payment must be made at the time of placing the order or upon delivery.

• For orders placed through WhatsApp, cancellation is only accepted by calling the restaurant directly at: 065220044 or 065220045.

Delivery Policy

• Delivery is available within specified areas only.

• Estimated delivery times are provided for convenience and are not guaranteed.

• If delivery is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will inform the customer as soon as possible.

Return, Cancellation & Refund

• Orders can be canceled within 5 minutes of confirmation.

• Refunds will be issued only if there was an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, spoiled food).

• Refund processing may take up to 7 business days.

Allergens and Dietary Information

Customers are advised to inform us of any food allergies or dietary restrictions before placing an order. While we take every precaution, cross-contamination may occur.

Privacy and Data Protection

• We are committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with UAE Federal Decree Law No. 45 of 2021 (Personal Data Protection Law).

• Personal data collected (e.g., phone numbers, addresses) is used solely for order processing and communication.

• We do not share customer data with third parties without consent, unless required by law.

WhatsApp Communication

By initiating a conversation with us via WhatsApp, you consent to receive messages regarding your orders, promotions, and updates.

You may opt out at any time by replying with “STOP”.

Intellectual Property

All content, including logos, branding, and images, is the intellectual property of Hannouf Gourmet and may not be reproduced without permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
